Charles Melohs

Charles Melohs (1908 - 1982), also known by some as Charles Weissman was an artist from New York. He spends his childhood in the orphanage. Due to the lack of love and attention that he receives, Melohs expresses his emotions and imagination through the paintings.  Melohs is very sensitive to colors and his use of vivid color combination on his painting portrays a very powerful feeling.  Imagination gave him the power to create countless amounts of paintings that leaves a deep impression for people. In addition, Melohs spend most of his life in South America, this component made an enormous contribution to his painting. It impacts his painting by fulfilling his work with the use of an enormous amount of vivid colors, this makes his ideas stood out. Because, Melohs is a New Yorker, he is very familiar with New York.
